Hi Gina, We certainly did have a great night!! Thank you very much for the professional service. In my opinion, the whole experience was great, right from initial contact with yourself through to departure from the boat on the evening. From speaking to the attendees, they all thought very highly of the schooner as they saw it as being "classy and elegant". People also said "John and his crew were very friendly, accommodating and flexible to meet our needs". Particular mention was made of the barman in the gully "Bar man was really good in that he was able to make great drinks and even whisk up drinks that were not on the menu" Also, I'm very thankful that John allowed us to stay beyond the scheduled 11pm finish. We certainly would have stayed on longer but getting an extra 45 mins was certainly a bonus. Awesome sound system!!!! It was overall a brilliant night and you guys made my wife and I proud hosts that evening. Keep up the good work!! Thanks Avi

Yes I had a (kind of) good weekend, would have been better without the occasional work - related phone calls etc. Yes we thank you again for looking after these people for us, being a corporate incentive I’m not sure if they will pass on any feedback but I can assure you if there was no complaints, you have done an fantastic job a bunch of satisfied clients. We now have Decked Out Yachting saved in our database so our team and myself would not hesitate to forward any future opportunities should we receive any similar enquiries. Gina, The trip was fantastic and Ken and his crewman were excellent. If I could suggest anything it would be for a full day trip starting early morning, a croissant (warmed with a coffee) would be a good start with an afternoon coffee (plunger) and a biscuit. We had an awesome day!! The weather could have been better but that is beyond everyone’s control. We had two skippers for the price of one and Dad is still so awestruck he has yet to process the whole thing. Please pass on our thanks to Max and John they were gracious hosts. John is obviously a very experienced skipper even though the boat was new to him he maintained the perfect balance between service and expertise, with a quiet calm and a gentle sense of humour. Hi Gina, We had a wonderful night on Friday night even if it bucketed down. It didn’t dampen our enjoyment in any way. On all of the Harbour Cruises we have done in the past we think that the Olympic Spirit is the best boat we have been on. Hi Sabina, Thanks for your email, we’re back in Malaysia now after a brilliant three weeks in NZ. Feedback: 1. The heli-ride was great, the pilot was a nice guy though we only had a few minutes with him. 2. The Boatshed is a fantastic place to stay, we will go back. Great food, great rooms, all good. 3. Mudbrick food was great, service was good. The evening was made all the more special by the coincidence that Handel’s Water Music played just as we finished dinner, the same music was played by a string quartet during our wedding 10 years ago. Hello Sabina, Just a quick note to let you know that I recently had a conference call with my client reflecting on their recent trip to New Zealand. The group had a great time on their trip to Waiheke Island and enjoyed the tours of the vineyard and olive groves and especially the lunch they had at Mudbricks. They thought the restaurant was fabulous and the food fantastic. The restaurant had a lot of atmosphere and the gardens were beautiful. They also thought the boat was fantastic and everyone was made to feel very welcome. Please can you convey this message to all the people concerned with the arrangements for this event, thank you all very much. Having been to Waiheke Island myself in 2004 I knew they were certain to have a great time, the island is great. I hope we are able to work together on another project in the not too distant future. Hi Sabina – yes, I saw our friends yesterday and they were very happy with the outing on Sunday. Thought the boat was very luxurious and the service great. The tour guide got a special mention (sorry, I can’t remember his name but they did). They loved Waiheke and the wineries. I was a bit worried that the weather wasn’t very good but they said it was, so that’s all that matters.
