BYO SPECIAL NOTE:

• All drinks will be stored behind the bar and served individually to clients – it will not be self service
• 2 very large cooly bins are available for guest use and will be kept behind the bar
• Ice will need to be supplied by the client
• Any remaining beverages can be collected from the boat the next day by arrangement with crew

BYO Catering: $500 per charter + GST –
If you choose to BYO: Vessel must be left how it’s found.
Please be aware that if you choose to self cater your cruise, you are in charge of your own food, presentation, service and clean up afterwards. You must supply everything to do with the catering to include plates, cutlery, napkins, rubbish bags, BBQ utensils etc if required.
We suggest finger foods on platters – ready to serve.

SERVICE WARE:

• Ceramic plates and cutlery: $4.50
• Linen napkins (white): $2.50 + each (for the number of guests)

OVER 50 GUESTS: 2 x security staff/liquor warden will be employed: $55 per/hr plus ½ hr before and after (min 4 hours)

(loading supplies can start from 6.30pm, guest boarding 6.45pm earliest)

MARINE-MAMMAL/ DOLPHIN WATCHING CHARTERS (up to 4.5 hours)

BOND
Some celebration charters require a $500 bond which will be returned after the vessel has been check for unreasonable damages.
